Kiyoshi Mori

Kiyoshi Mori graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo in 1973. He then entered the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPT), Japan. In August 2005 he became the Director-General of the Minister's Secretariat. In July 2006 he became the Director-General of the Telecommunications Bureau. Since July 2007 he is the Vice-Minister for Policy Coordination (International Affairs) (Present)
