Alejandro Hernandez Pulido: B.A. in Economics by the Mexican Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM). Mr. Hernandez has been founder and chairman at diverse real state industry enterprises and non profit organizations, highlighting Capital Vertical; Home Empowerment Network (HEN), which had the very fist real state web site in Mexico, among others.

As well, he was founder and treasurer at UNETE Association and since 1999 is an advisor member of the Seattle’s Internet Research Center at University of Washington.About his Public Sector Acquaintances, Mr. Hernandez was member of the Coordination of Advisors at Mr. Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de Leon’s Office as part of his staff when Mr. Zedillo was running for the presidency; later, Mr. Hernandez was Advisor at Agriculture and Hydraulic Resources Planning Under Secretary at Federal Government; CEO of the Prospective and Special Projects Unit of Mexican Presidency (UPPE), where he conceptualized the development, implementation and management of the Presidential Internet System (SIP).

Most recently, Mr. Hernandez is Chief Operating Officer at e-Mexico National System Coordination within the Mexican Communications and Transport Ministry, leading projects such as broadband and communitarian connectivity, digital content and web services development and systems platforms that will foster the Mexican transition towards Information and Knowledge Society.
